Major Events

We ask you to advise the WAMC office if you are unable to attend the bib collection prior to Thursday before the event. A friend of family member is also allowed to collect your bib on your behalf.
No. On the day entries are not accepted for major event, unless stated otherwise on the official event page/event guide.
No refunds are given for WAMC events, if you wish to change your event entry into another event (in the year) or pass your registration to another participant you must let the WAMC office know as soon as possible. No changes will be accepted after 12:00pm (midday) on the Thursday before the event.
If you wish to change the distance you have entered, please notify the WAMC office by 12:00pm (midday), on the Thursday before the event to allow enough time for processing. No distance changes shall be accepted after this date.

There will be a bag drop at the start/finish area. Whilst all care will be taken to ensure security of your belongings, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
If you cannot get into WA to attend the event due to government restrictions, please contact WAMC.
If an event is unable to proceed due to COVID-19 government restrictions, WAMC will attempt to reschedule. In the event that the race is rescheduled, and participants are not able to attend the new proposed date for the event, a full refund will be issued. If the event cannot be rescheduled and is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the participant only if cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks prior to the event date. In all other cases, refunds are not applicable at WAMC events.
All participants for Marathon's must be 18 years or older on the day of the event. All participants for Half Marathons must be 16 years or older on the day of the event.

Club Events

If you are at an event with no timing chip, please see the registration desk and they will allocate you a temporary bib for that event.
Yes. You can enter on the day of a club event up to 30 minutes before race start time.
Please contact us to advise you can no longer make the event.

Volunteering

You should contact the Volunteer Coordinator directly. Their number will be on the email that is sent out to you. They will then be able to allocate that position to someone else.
Simply log in to your WAMC account and update your volunteering preferences on the my membership page. If you are unable to do this, you can also contact the WAMC office.
By either clicking on our event website WAMC Programme choose the event that you would like to volunteer, click on volunteer. Or contact WAMC.
Definitely! We are very family orientated and love to see families spending time together, whilst helping the club.

Membership

If you wish to upgrade your membership from an individual to family, please contact the WAMC office and they will organise this for you.
If you lose your running chip or cloth bib, please contact the WAMC office to order a new chip. Replacement chips cost $5.00
