Run the 40th Women's Classic Fun Run with confidence and style!
Whether you're ready to challenge yourself with the 10km or build your strength and confidence to conquer the 5km, this program will guide you every step of the way. With structured training, expert support, and a community of like-minded women, you'll be prepared to cross the finish line feeling strong, empowered, and proud of what you've achieved ๐
Length โ 10 weeks (1st face to face session Wed, 15 July)
Targets
- Existing members, new members, non-members
- Those new to running โ super good for beginners
- Returning from injury
- Want to join a fun running group for motivation
- Want to train for this specific event
Registration
- On-line via WAMC website
- Will include waiver and questionnaire regarding running experience, and fitness level
- All participants need to register and pay for the Womenโs Classic 5km or 10km event separately (the training program does not include or guarantee entry to the event).
Inclusions
- 10 week running program with WAMC Running Coach
- Two sessions per week led by WAMC Running Coach (Wed evening & Sun morning)
- One (or two) run at home sessions per week
Group Sessions
- Wednesday 5:30pm at WAMC Club rooms, 1 Camfield Drive Burswood
- Sunday morning 7:30am (meet at the first gazebo just south of the WAMC club rooms in Burswood on Camfield Drive)
